Xi is a British artist whose work is rooted in introspection. Her practice explores the intersections of performance, sculpture, and writing, interested in the temporal and metaphysical nature of these mediums. Xi’s work aims to offer confessional perspectives, underpinned and contextualised by research focussed practice. Recently, her explorations have delved into themes such as sexuality, autonomy, morality and time.
Xi is currently on the undergraduate programme at the Slade School of Fine Art, supported by the James Lewis Foundation scholarship.
